We had our windshield replaced in Spring and by the Summer monsoons noticed we had a leak into the front floor board of our car. I reached out and the manager Justin did not hesitate to replace the windshield again, and even worked with us to get the mildew smell out. Superb customer service. Justin and his team over at AAA auto glass were awesome! They not only worked with my insurance company (non AAA insurance member here), but went above and beyond on getting the replacement windshield needed for my 2017 F250 SuperDuty installed as quickly as possible.
After scheduling the install at my work location, their installer called ahead with eta, arrived 10 minutes early, knocked out the install within a hour, and did a great job looking professional leaving no mess behind! Will be recommending AAA auto glass to friends and family!

Had three vehicles that needed new glass due to cracks from loose rocks on the AZ Freeway system.
They were able to get all windows done in one day with limited interaction from me since I was stuck working. They also discovered an error from a previous window install that required a wiring specialist.
The AAA glass manager called me personally to explain the error and how he was scheduling a specialist to come out the very next day to make it right by me. Then threw in an extra discount for the inconvenience. I didn't ask for anything, they took the bull by the horns and rectified the problems and extremely quickly. Best service I've received from a company in a very long time.

AAA Auto Glass earned a repeat customer today. During a routine windshield replacement (also required recalibration of vehicle after install) several issues came up that were out of the control of AAA Auto Glass. The first two issues were quickly addressed and the third issue required my car to go to their physical facility. Justin made certain any inconvenience to me was minor and ensured I had transportation while they were working on my car. He even had my car towed back to my house when the work was complete, as my schedule would not allow me to pick up the car. "A" class customer service. All employees I interacted with wore masks and maintained social distance. I would highly recommend Justin and AAA Auto Glass to anyone in need of a windshield replacement.
