The leasing staff is attentive and cares about what their residents have to say. The property itself puts a premium on safety and quiet. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, however once JT (maintenance supervisor) left the property, it has been a bit different. Id recommend anyone looking for a quiet, clean, safe apartment complex to check out Camden San Paloma.
EDIT: It has now been 7 water shut offs in 15 months of living at this community. There HAS to be something preventive they can do. Maybe routine inspections with a plumbing company or something. Anything has to be better than this. Premium rent prices for broken down infrastructure feels like an unfair trade.

Beware of your property at this apartment location. Our cars have been broken into three times and catalytic converters have been stolen twice. We asked for a heavier police presence and have yet to recieve any help from the complex. If you like your car and personal safety do not move here. There are also frequent tresspassers including homeless people using the grills on property.

turned off pool heating in April while the water is still freezing making the pool very hard to use
why wouldn't you just keep it at 70 or the baseline temperature and it won't use any energy if the weather keeps it above that temperature

The team reached out and replaced the fridge/freezer and replaced the dryer. All our appliances our currently working.
Increasing my rating to 4.5/5.

Pros: fair price for an apartment complex, tennis court, small gym, common shared room with printer, maintenance fixed our oven the next day when it was broken and cleaned the dryer vent the next day when it wasn't running efficiently, renovated units, nice community of neighbors, walking distance to stores, people in renting office are really nice and friendly, 24 hour number for emergencies. Maintenance people are nice and try their best.
cons:
1) You have to pay for cable TV, valet trash pick up, cable internet, and some other small fees you sometimes don't realize when signing the lease- bundles into your rent (i.e. 4 dollars a month accounting fee to split utilities among residents in addition to utility fees). There is a $150 dollar cleaning fee you might miss in the 30 page lease you have to sign. To be fair, 97% of the fees are disclosed upfront and for the most part they are not trying to hide anything.
2) Wont fix our freezer which creates like an inch of frost (see photo) and ice falls out whenever we open the freezer and try to pull something out
3) the dryer was stained blue from something the previous tenants dried and it stained our white blanket (See attached photos- its not detergent- we tried washing it multiple times and blue ink comes off dryer with Mr. clean sponge). When we told maintenance they said they don't have any other dryers and there is nothing they can do.
4) When we moved in, our unit has urine stains on the bathroom seat and several dirt stains. They compensated us 75 dollars to hire a cleaner ourselves.
5) Our toilet's flush valve was broken on move in and was running for 4 days wasting water and took them multiple calls before they came to fix it (to be fair it was over the weekend, but they still forgot after they weekend)
