I went to ship a package and paid (quite a hefty amount might I add) to get it shipped in 2 days. The gal assisting me said she could not guarantee the day of delivery but it said be within + or - similar to the date estimate given. The package was left and followed up on. As it was a Wednesday when the package was shipped , the package was supposed to arrive at the destination on Friday, however tracking information now reads as Tuesday without having a delay or issue of any kind and when calling for a refund they claimed nothing could be done because it was not a guaranteed service with never having offered or made it clear there were different 2 day services. This is the last time I will be shipping with UPS. Absolutely overpriced and, literally, no delivery. I will now exclusively ship with FedEx and USPS and I encourage everyone to do the same.
