      image Love Dr.Rice..but you cannot get anybody to call you back!!!! You wait days. Very poor management! It's hard to find people who want to work, so, staff gets away with being a lacky!!

      image So incredibly disappointed and angry with this office. I called this morning in pain, left a follow up message for the nurse at 3:15 to see if labs were back, advised my symptoms getting worse and NO RETURN CALL before they left for the day!!! It's now 7:15pm and I will likely have to go to the ER and incur excessive fees because they could not bother to call me back. I love Dr. Rice, but I'm tired of this treatment - not the first time. Very unprofessional.
