Drove an hour and a half for my appointment at 10 am. Got there, and they tried to tell me my appointment was at 9:30 am. I never schedule appointments before 10 am because I live an hour and a half from Prescott, and I try to give myself a bit of extra time on my days off. The lady said she called and couldn't leave a message, but she couldn't have sent a text reminder like every other modern doctors' offices? This was my first experience with this office, I drove a long way to make this appointment, and it was for nothing. There's no available appointments until a month and a half from now, after my paperwork from my work expires. Guess I'll go back to Premier, at least they know how a text reminder works, and won't waste my time and fuel.

I highly recommend Dr. Geiler! I have been a patient here since I was 8yrs old. Ive been to other eye doctors when I lived in other states but I always came back to Dr. Geiler when I was in town. Dr. Geiler is by far is the best eye doctor Ive ever had and the most knowledgeable when it comes to anything with your eyes. He doesnt treat you like youre just another number or $, Ive always been treated like I was family even though Im not. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my eyes!

If want a pretend eye exam with no follow up, then this is the place for you. But if you really need a true eye exam and a prescription - go somewhere else.
Here's how it went.....
A week ago I went in for a new patient eye exam for contacts and glasses - he did my entire exam with my CONTACTS IN MY EYES (and yes, I asked if I should take them out and he said no)
When the exam was over he walked me up front, said something to the girl at the desk about ordering trial lenses. After he walked away and she read the chart, she said she had no idea what was next, she didn't understand what was written down. I was then told they would call me after the next day to let me know what's next.
I waited 4 days before calling them to which I was told I'd have to speak with Emily, but she was busy at the moment. So I left a message. I did this THREE DAYS IN A ROW. No return calls were ever received.
Today I finally got Emily on the phone. She said she still has no idea what Dr. Geiler wanted done and she needs to talk to him. She stated she's left him a note but she "can't make him read my notes but we have meetings at the end of each day and we can talk to him about it then." I told her I've left her three days worth of messages and that means there's been meetings each day and this hasn't been addressed. I also told her NOT to bill my insurance for that ridiculous exam, and that this was this was the most astonishingly incompetent optometrist office I've ever dealt with in 30 years of wearing contacts and glasses.....
But, again, if you're just looking to have fun and play with letter charts on the wall, he is a very nice person with pretty charts.

I was so impressed with not only his team up front but the compassion Dr. Geiger had for me. He was amazing I would recommend him over and over again. Thank you Dr. Geiger.
