This is a great little gem! It's nothing fancy, and most of the rooms are dated, but they're clean, cozy, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The gal that checked us in was sweet and helpful. What made this place so awesome (besides the price) is that it's nestled back in wooded area surrounded with lots of beautiful pine trees. They also have a sweet little sunroom breakfast area and an outdoor patio with umbrellas right next to it. Breakfast offerings were your typical continental hotel breakfast options that were fresh and well-stocked. This place will be our choice motel when we're in the Prescott area in the future.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the room! Bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was comparable to that of a Best Western. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We strongly recommend here for a nice stay, be warned though if you travel with pets this is not the place for you as they have a strick, almost ridiculous, pet policy.

Dirty and not worth the price. There are still hairs in the bathtub from the previous stay, stains on paintings, walls and doors. The lights do not work. There are no pets allowed and yet smells like cat urine everywhere... Very disappointing (room 202).
