I had extremely high hopes about this shop, given the high reviews. I had an elopement scheduled for the end of November in Prescott and I reached out to Cara, I assume the owner, to coordinate a bouquet for the occasion. I pre paid in July for the bouquett. We ended up changing the location and date of our elopment, and I advised Cara that we will no longer be needing the bouquett after all. I provided 2+ months notice of this. She said I would be refunded the $300+ I paid back in July. Since then, I have not been refunded, and the communication has been silent from her end despite my several attempts to follow up. I am blown away at the unproffesionalism and lack of customer service from this shop. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
