This has to do with the Geek Squad. We went into the store with our laptop and were told we had to have an appointment. So we came the next day for our appointment, and they said they couldn't help us without the power cord (which of course they didn't mention the day before). They made another appointment for 5:20 the next day. We showed up for our appointment and our name wasn't on the board. When we went to the counter, the man (dark shoulder-length hair with a toothpick in his mouth) said he couldn't help us because we weren't on the list. We told him HE made the appointment and all he said was he still had to take the person who had the appointment at the time we were supposed to have the appointment. No concern for his error or our inconvenience. No offer to make it right, even though I'm a Total Tech member. We just walked out. The worst customer service ever!!!
