We hired this company to tear off existing and install a new roof. They showed up a few days early, great news. Unfortunately they hire a crew that only one guy speaks English, very poor communication. The crew was rude, cutting through our neighbors property, lounging against the neighbors house, cooking with portable electric stove, charging stuff.
Basically using our power without permission. We opted to keep existing drip edge, only because it was painted to match our fascia. We also opted to not remove the gutters. Our mistake, insurance line item was over a thousand dollars for the drip edge alone. Remove and reset gutters was over $2500. They only discounted the job by $225, They didn't bother to remove existing underlayment. I was charged for a complete tear off. The crew was really good at making a complete mess. Oil spilled in driveway, delivery truck leaked oil in driveway.
The end of the day they cleaned up about as well as an eight year old. The
"rakes" (that's the part without gutters going up to the ridge) look like a kindergartener with safety scissors cut them. not one rake is straight. Some sections have staples pushing the shingles up enough to still see them from the ground ( okay only at night with a flash light can you see this).
Phillip, was a nice enough guy, but he only gave a crap about getting paid for the job. Beware, they only want your money, poor quality workmanship.
Even Phillip acknowledged that quality is not available in this area. The experience with this company only reinforces my thoughts that if I can't hire somebody do it, at least as well as I can, then just do it myself. They are a GAF certified contractor. I should have GAF inspect this poor quality job. In the end get everything it writing, do not trust a contractor, most are in business to separate you from your money, they don't care about your property. Unfortunately, our
neighbors used them for some minor repairs before we were able to talk to them. We will be doing some
community outreach to inform people of our experience.

Phillip has been here several rimes trying to make our roof right. The pictures below are the most current problems that I have found.

I had a relatively small roof repair job. A very happy neighbor customer of theirs referred me to them. Philip came out very quickly. Had the repair done two days later. These guys were fast and very reasonable.

We had nothing but roof issues on our Quailwood home since it was built only 7 years ago.  We reached out to Philip at Bradshaw Mountain Roofing because they come so highly recommended and they are registered with the Yavapai County Contractors Association.  We cannot say enough good things about the experience with him and Radian!  We needed an entire new roof and they did such a fantastic job. We no longer have to worry about wind/storm damage now that the roof has been constructed properly by Bradshaw Mountain Roofing.  We highly recommend them for any roofing issues.Signed, extremely satisfied customers.

Phillip from Bradshaw came out on a Friday, and our roof was repaired 5 days later. The crew was very professional, and got the job done very well. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs
