Jerry was no pressure sales, excellent at explaining the products and differences, willing to come back and address any questions AZ VALLEY WINDOWS were priced right. Miguel, Fernando and their installtion team were amazing! Any concerns we had were immediately addressed. Priscilla was always in communication, after one of our windows blew off the truck. They did everything to expedite my replacement order and ensure I was satisfied. Professional, honest, caring, clean,and always putting the customer first. After the windows were installed, and paid for, we had a leak a few months later. Many companies would have been fine not to follow up, as they had their money. Jerry responded within minutes, Miguel came out immediately, and we were able to determine the window had no issues, but I needed a new roof. Thank you to everyone at AZ VALLEY WINDOWS,, the windows look fabulous , and thank you for such a dedicated team.
