As an energy worker and always in my body consciousness, I am sensitive to treatments. I tried the Whole Body Vibration and instantly my body felt wonderful as if my organs were dancing and getting a massage. The vibrations shook up my systems breaking up stagnant energy and reinforcing the flow of energy. My lymphatic system opened up even more so and gave a boost to the detoxification process. I love this place. From the moment I come in I feel at peace!  Ioana knows so much about Wellness in general, she has helped me in so many areas of my life.   I have tired the vibrating machines and I would come here more often to do them if I had more time.  I have also tried the Amethyst biomat that I love; it relaxes me, clears my mind, improves my circulation and helps me boost my immune system.  I have also done the BARS Access Consciousness which helps so much to let go of mental patterns that limit me in my daily life. I just feel more at peace and connected.  I recommend coming here 100%

The whole body vibration machine is amazing! My body is more toned then when I was 18! I feel very strong and agile. I sleep much better, my spider veins are fading and my double chin goes away! I look and feel younger. I can't wait to use it every day. I saw toning results in the first week. Also the customized nutrition helped me so much. I started using it almost 5 years a go and since then I experienced no more pain in my joints, less white hair, a sense a well being in general and is much easier to hike uphill now. One of the most wonderful experiences. At first, the vibration machines made me laugh a bit, because it was so different from anything I had experienced. The vibrations, with varying positions through out the 30-minute session greatly improve my mood, posture, fitness level and overall perspective. In addition to the vibration machine, I enjoy (when time permits) the amethyst heating therapy in the lounge chair. A lovely way to heal the body from outside to within while indulging in some relaxation. The Himalayan salt block lined window provides comfort and healing warmth. The best part of the experience is Iona, the owner. She is one of the most caring, genuine and kind individuals I have met. It was due to her personality and kindness that I initially tried the vibration machine, but ultimately I continue to be drawn to the overall experience.  Highly recommend you try it.
