Jenny Craig Weight Loss Center

I have been very disappointed in the level of consultation and interest in my program by the supposed consultants. If I didn't offer my weight loss for the week it wouldn't be recorded. I received no helpful tips or any information to enhance the program. Most of their food is very good but is it $170 worth /week. That is $680/month. I discourage future clients to become a part of the program. My experience was at the Tatum storefront. Think long and hard...

Having great success so far and have to say I haven't been hungry. I'm averaging about 1-1.5lb a week without exercise. (Still trying to get that habit started. 100+ temps and a lengthy work commute are no help!) I certainly miss being able to go out to eat -- and it has curbed my opportunity to write yelp reviews -- but it is helping me do a hard reset on portion sizes and expectations for what it takes to feel satisfied after a meal. Truly, for as expensive as everyone says it is, I think it's been easier on the budget than eating out as regularly as I had been. The staff is friendly and encouraging. Shout out to Jane, Norma and Sabrina!  Thanks, ladies!!

I feel the system is good but the staff at this location are not helpful and not good at assisting weight loss. If part of your program is the  coach then the coach should actually coach! All I ever got was a weigh in and my new menu and food no coaching at all. Weight watchers is better due to the coaching. If you want planned frozen meals with no guidance go here.

Where do I even begin?  How about with Colleen and Kelsey!!  I am going to back track just a tad and mention that I found this center a couple of years ago.  I decided to give it a shot after having a HUGE success with a center in CA.  After moving to AZ I let myself fall back into old, bad habits and gained some weight.  I found this center and was excited to get back on track.  I DID NOT have a great experience, so bad that I quit the program after just a couple of months.Que, a few weeks ago when I got a phone call from Kelsey!  Kelsey, this soft spoken, incredibly nice person who called to see if I was doing well, and to let me know they were running some great specials right now.  I informed her I was very hesitant to hear her out due to the terrible experience I had gone through about a year ago.  She let me know that the entire staff has been replaced and the center is under new management.  She was so concerned and really took what I had to say to heart.  I decided to get back on track with Jenny, and rejoined.  My Coach is Colleen and I am thrilled!  We do our "Meetings" over the phone, and I go to the center for curbside pick up of my food.  It's so easy and convenient!  I will also say I am down 5lbs in 2 weeks!!  So far I am so thrilled to be back and I am looking forward to much success!
