I purchased my daughters yearbook on March 23, 2021, she just got it at her school and majority of the pages had blurred pictures or spots all over them. I contacted life touch to see if they could issue a new one since I paid more money to get a custom yearbook for her and they told me there was nothing they could do. That I needed to go get another one from the school, which wouldn’t be a big deal if I just bought a regular yearbook but if I paid the extra money for a custom yearbook I should get it.

website stinks. cannot add my child's school. not way to get online help. cannot find correct pictures

Very disappointed in LifeTouch. My daughter took school pictures and we never received them. After spending hours on hold, I was told by someone (who English is not their first language) that they would look into it to find her pictures. After a couple of weeks, I called again and was told that the "files were corrupted and that we would not be able to recover them". This happened in September and basically, I was told that I would "have to wait until retake day in January". No alternatives were given. Terrible customer service. They state there is a chat button on their site, there is not. They make it very difficult to have anyone get in touch with them regarding issues and then use a standard "files are corrupted" to keep from actually offering a viable solution.
