        the guy nurse that was doing my drug test didn’t even bother to close bathroom door or return me my cell phone this place made me feel uncomfortable horrible experience and unprofessional.

        I went into be seen and they weren't able to a spinal x-ray because the x-ray tech wasn't able to do the x-ray and they couldn't draw blood work because they didn't have the right tubbing. The reason I went was to get answers not to have to run around to other places to get the test done that should of been done there
