Passport Health Phoenix Travel Vaccine Clinic

So expensive! Huge fee just to go to the travel clinic. Go to a different state, az is so expensive to get Yellow Fever, Typhoid or any vaccines. This. is the most expensive option. I ended up going to a neigboring state and paid $65 for the consult and I got the Typhoid and Yellow Fever for a total of $283. At these travel clinics in AZ it would have been 700-1,000. The consult fee at these AZ clinics is $150. Totally outrageous when you see how much they charge for the vaccines as well.

Met with Raquel who went over all possible shots I need as an adult with transparent pricing. She also hooked me with a traveler's kit if I can sick or have diarrhea which I recommend! She was professional and clean and it was cool to Skype in a nurse practitioner and use telemedicine. Very modern, quick and efficient service. I needed to get HEP A/B for India trip. Cost me close to $250 but it's what I needed! I would had to do this with my primary care doctor anyways but he doesn't do these vaccines. Grateful for the service!

I have been trying to get proof of my records that show I received the flu shot for over a week now. When you call no one wants to help and they are always having what sounds like a party. I would stay clear from this place if your a company. They will not help your clients when needing documentation of the shots.

15 minutes ago, I stop by to get some information about shots for my travel and I met with such a rude young lady. Customer service is so important and you're the face of your company. I do understand you had a customer, but your tone was so unprofessional. A simple good morning and in a polite tone you could have told me the customer, that the staff were busy with other customers. Instead, you walked away while I was still at the counter and I to called back for you and you came out and gave me a business card and walked away. Wow!! I left the business card on your desk and I will never use your companies services again.
