Saro came out - very timely - looked at our pump and filter. He gave us options - we opted for entire new pump and filter. His pricing was very competitive. He visited our home on Tuesday, Thursday afternoon we had a fully installed system. Thanks to Steve K our installer - great job, very professional - work area cleaned up. Thank you - will refer you!!

Chris was awesome! Came to my house and gave me a great estimate and educated me on my pool and what my previous guy did not understand. Reasonable rates and so far the service has been fantastic

PoolSide did a great job resurfacing our pool with the mini-pebble product. Saro provided excellent advice on the specific type of surface to get and matching tile that will not show a calcium stain. We also got a dedicated return line and a more efficient pump. They added labels and arrows on the pipes near the pump. Their cost was lower than two other companies I contacted.

If I could give this business a higher rating than 5 stars, I most certainly would. Anytime I requested a quote estimate I received a prompt response from the owner Chris. He is professional and a pleasure to work with. Pricing is competitive and the quality of the work done is exceptional. This business is not only wonderful because of the competence of management but because of the staff that work for him. Robin is an absolute delight and goes out of her way to accommodate your scheduling needs & answers to your problems or concerns. Two of the technicians, both named Steve, arrived when scheduled, performed the requested service and took the time to answer any questions or review the scope of work that was done. A truly exceptional business that has earned my loyalty & trust for all pool service needs.
