Bill Combs Pool Repair

We used Bill a few times last sprint & he was amazing, so kind and professional. We have been trying to reach him for a few months, but it seems he may have went out of business. does anyone happen to know?

I used Bill in the past and was very happy with his service. Recently been trying to get a hold of him and unfortunately have not heard. I see Jerry you left a review and he would be missed? Do you have an idea what may have happened to Bill? I hope all is ok.

I've used Bill a couple times now on "emergency" pool situations and he has been amazing. Our variable speed pump went out last summer and the water was starting to turn, and he came out quickly for being busy pool season and replaced the expensive pump for cost plus a reasonable labor rate. The area flooded and ruined the new pump a couple weeks later and he came out with the warranty replacement, built up the ground with bricks and replaced the PVC, etc. at no cost and felt bad it happened (no one would have guessed because the first pump worked fine for ages without being built up). Then we called him again recently because we DIY drained our pool and cleaned it ourselves and tried to clean out our sand filter. Well, we broke it... he came out and gave us a better recommendation to replace the old, builder's grade sand filter for an upgraded, easier to manage, cartridge filter. It was an expensive upgrade, but we totally agreed with him and his list of reasons. Again, he was reasonable with cost based on the research I did on cost. Bill is quick to respond, answers to text, comes out within a couple days, does a "pretty" job, spray painted our PVC pipe after he was done with both jobs, is reasonable with pricing, and seems very knowledgeable in his trade. He gave us a couple different options both times, which was great, but didn't overwhelm us with a million options. Will call him again if we need anything and will recommend him to neighbors if they need anything.
