Cobblestone Auto Spa; Phoenix - Cave Creek & Beardsley

I have a black truck that I use mainly on the weekends as it is my personal vehicle not a work truck. I had been noticing nicks in my truck that have been increasing over the past year and a half while using this same car wash the entire time. My last trip there I noticed a pressure dent on the front fender of my truck. It was clearly caused by the machine that spins down the side, I did hear a noise that I later realized was when the dent occurred while I was going through the wash cycle. I notified an attendant and asked to talk to a manager as I wasn't getting anywhere with him. I was told that the dent was caused from another person's car door. Not likely as my truck is higher than most cars and trucks. It turned into a major blow up as this employee was really upset that I mentioned my truck had been damaged. The attendant cursed at me and threatened to kick my a$t while grabbing my arm and going into the fight position. I backed down and took a moment to gather myself before I let this kid get into my head. Then a minute later a person that I am guessing is the manger asked me to leave the premises, said that I assaulted his employee. I laughed and told him that I was going to contact the police and press charges for the attendant assaulting me. I proceeded to call the police as he was still asking me to leave, I continued dialing so he said he was going to look at the video footage and I asked him to please check it. The police did arrive and they assisted me in getting the manager to better work with me. I did not press any charges and I did not leave my information to have my truck fixed as the paperwork they were asking me to fill out with all of my information could have fallen into the hands of the employee who really wanted a piece of me. I left the young manager a word of advice about his employee and the damage he is doing to their business. I left him know that he shouldn't have people like him working for him, he is still there!! I am cancelling my monthly subscription with Cobblestone and recommend anyone that treasures their vehicle, do not use these car washes as they will damage your vehicle. I should not have to be threatened by some rude jerk just for being a customer. Seems like they train these people to refuse service and fairness!!!

The attendants are courteous and helpful.. The vacuums always work!!!!! Highly recommended!!

Edited after a couple months: My car is white and brand new, I noticed after a couple washes that I was getting nicks in my paint on the sides, all the way down to the metal. I talked to the attendant about it, the only way they could avoid that happening is to take off the side spinners. I tried that, it solved the problem, but then noticed paint nicks on the hood. They said to turn off the top spinners. That solved that. Then, I realized my car wasn’t getting as clean and I really had to scrub to get everything off even after the car wash. I ended up just canceling my subscription to them. They are very helpful at that location though, such nice kids working there. Original Review: I looooved this car wash!! I got the highest level car wash for my first time and my car is still sparking and shining a week later even through these monsoons!! I’ve never been to a place that wanted to make sure everything was perfect for you! They did their ultimate best to make sure I had everything I needed. I love the free vacuums, blowers, and perfectly textured moist auto detailing towels to get all of the fine detailing!! The car wash was like a dance party for your car with all the flashing colored lights and colored soap! Fun ride through and excellent upkeep and attentiveness!! Highly recommend! I went to the one on Cave Creek road and E Beardsley.
