Sadly was very disappointed by this Walgreens. As a healthcare worker, I have had to take a few COVID tests. This was my first time at this location taking a test because I was exposed to the virus and symptomatic. After waiting 40 minutes in the drive through lane (which I do not blame anyone for), I was received by a negligent technician at best. She did not watch me open the nasal swab and administer the self test for COVID detection. I had to ask her to clarify that I was inserting the swab deep enough in my nostril. Usually the technician is supposed to watch you administer the test correctly and count 15 seconds per nostril. She did not watch me do anything. Thankfully I knew what I was doing. No instructions were reviewed with me and no follow-up time for lab results provided. I got this test done 96 hours ago and am still waiting for the result. I even called the lab two days ago and they said I should be getting my result within 24 hours - never did. Meanwhile I went to a different Walgreens yesterday at 5pm and got the results today at 2pm (less than 24 hours later). I’m not sure what the heck they are doing at this Walgreens but I’ve never experienced this before. I will not be back - they need to fix their processes and train their employees better to ensure people are taking the test correctly and actually know when to expect their results.

Couldn't find what I was looking for even though I called before coming to make sure they had it. When I got there, the only salesperson I could find couldn't walk with me to point it out. She me gave vague directions. I couldn't find it, so I left. Hello Amazon.
