Very good experience !! When I contacted Robert at Valley Home Buyer he came and looked at our house. We agreed upon a price and he took some pictures. We were not quite ready to sign a contract. About 2 weeks later when we were ready, we signed with the same price and terms. Escrow was easy and the closing went smooth. I would use them again.
