The property is a bit dated and the apartment management suffices but the location is atrocious. You are right next to section 8 housing and with the influx of translpants to the valley the dregs are flooding in. You will continuously have property stolen. You will see meth attled walking corpses around your property and drug dealers hang out on the corner. If want a peacful safe place to live look else where.
