Placed order on 5/5/2021 for 2 t-shirts and a baby onsie. I reached out 5/15 for order status and Dwight replied he was waiting for 1 shirt. No contact afterwards, sent follow up 5/31, replied he was still waiting for shirt, requested to cancel 6/7 and nothing still. Followed up with my credit card for help to recover. Please avoid Dwight at all costs as he's terrible filling orders, responding, or basic customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM Carpe Viam.

Had a great experience with Dwight, founder and designer of Carpe Vivam. I had been gifted the Alfa Racer Stripe Tee, but in the wrong size. He was very responsive and made the exchange quickly and personally without hassle (or gift receipt). I can now smugly sport a unique design of one of my favorite Italian machines.

Gave them plenty of opportunities and time to fix my issue. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT! Ordered a shirt for the holidays as a gift and never got confirmation and no shirt, but took my money. After contacting them, they finally sent me my shirt. Ordered a couple more shirts because they have great products and one was incorrect. Reached out several times and never heard back. Should have listened to the other reviews. I’ll never EVER buy from them again. I suggest you all save yourself the hassle. Very disappointed because I like what they have to offer and wanted to buy many more shirts, books, etc. but because their service is atrocious I’ll have to look elsewhere.

I recently purchased a t-shirt from Carpe Viam for my husband for Father's Day. My husband, who has been a huge fan of Carpe Viam upon discovering their website, LOVES the shirt. We are both pleased with the quality of the fabric (super soft), the fit (just right, not too loose and not too slim fitting), and their service. They were quick to address a request and easy to reach out to, couldn't get better service than this. Thank you again Carpe Viam. I'm pretty sure my husband will be back for more of your product.
