She is incredibly unprofessional and just down right rude. If you bring up a question she will accuse you of “being a philosopher “ and laugh at you.

I'm not sure what the reasoning is, but I was not afforded the opportunity to physically interview with this "Doctor." It was all conducted via video chat. Which, I suppose was a blessing in disguise. This woman was an absolute nightmare to work with. From the very start of the interview during this pre-employment evaluation, she was very cold, had a forced, fake smile, and was detached from the interview. If you attempt to explain the reason why you answered a question in a specific way, in any way, shape, or form, she will snap at you in an instant, and raise her voice and belittle your for not following directions. When you try and answer a question to the best of your knowledge, she will call you "dismissive" and threaten to "tell the agency you're applying for that you were dismissive and uncooperative with the evaluation." I found that this "Doctor" was rude, abrasive, unprofessional, very judgmental, and a downright displeasure to work with. People make mistakes in their lifetime Ms. McCutcheon. It is not your place to judge them based on their mistakes. It's your place to differentiate the mistake(s) they made, and subsequently how they learn(ed) from them. Get off the high pedestal you think you deserve to sit on, and learn to humble yourself in your work. You're doing nothing but treating individuals like they are the lowest lifeforms on Earth, and nothing but beneath you. Search elsewhere if you're looking for mental help, and Godspeed if you have to visit this office for a pre-employment evaluation.

This office is nothing more than a processing station. Herding people through as quickly as possible and making snap judgements without benefit of the doubt. People are not just another line item and not everyone is up to no good. You’ve lost sight of what it means to truly help those sent to you. Everyone has a past, even you. Come down off the pedestal you put yourself on.
