Ive had rpm phoenix valley manage my house north of Phoenix for a little over a year now and am very pleased with how theyve managed it. I picked them out after speaking with a few other property managers and am glad I went with them.

Mark has been taking care of my property since COVID and the service is awesome. I had put in some tenants who had a lot of problems during those times and Mark helped get them out and put new renters in who still live there. I always get my money on time and they get back to me same day or the very next morning. I definitely recommend.

As an owner the service you provide is outstanding. Never had a problem with communication and very prompt with getting back right away with any problems. Highly recommend.

I can't think of a single thing I liked about this management company so here's a list of everything they managed to mess up in one year.
Wouldn't replace dish washer even though it's covered via my lease agreement
Demanded we pay a licensed and bonded company for yard work even though I'm not required via my lease agreement
Took 29 days to fix my AC unit so my house wouldn't cool below 88 degrees.
Took 4 weeks to replace a leak in the second story shower that drained into a electrical outlet, outlet was NEVER INSPECTED OR FIXED
wouldn't accept our debit/credit cards as payment, made us go into a store and do some knock off moneygram
My lease ended on the yesterday (03/31/2024) and some dude tried to call me this morning, first phone call we've ever received from them about anything.
And they claimed the keys were late and were going to charged us $200.00 for the inconvenience.
Tried to show up at my home for a inspection without notice.
Demands you pay for licensed and bonded house cleaners, carpet cleaning, grout cleaning when you move out.
Worst team I've ever had to tolerate.
