I rented with Homelovers beginning October  2015 until October 2019. On October 1, 2019 I received a text from Homelovers stating they wanted the keys back on October 1, 2019. Homelovers and I went to court and the judge threw case out for improper service for not giving proper notice. I paid my rent on time every month from October 2015 until October 2019. Homelovers never gave me notice nor did the court give me notice that Homelovers once again filed for a judgment on November 1, 2019. Due to the fact I did not know about the filing I did not report on   November 6, 2019. A default was issued. Homelovers as stated before and the court never sent me any  information that they were re-filing and  I never received anything from the court or Homelovers. I now have a judgment against me for over $4000. I am now unable to rent a home due to this judgment. Homelovers never  sent me a list of damages and what my security deposit was being used for and never returned any portion of my security deposit. Homelovers  never took care of the pool properly I have pictures to prove they would hang up never return calls never came to fix bad noises from pipes inside and outside the house took too over a month to fix the leak in the back bedroom horrible management company. They do not live up to what they say they are going to do.  the last year I was at the address in Buckeye I was not able to use the pool due to unclean pool on a regular basis and faulty pipes.

Rented from them. After I moved out they tried to charge me 4000 bucks for stones for the backyard as if I had stolen them. Garbage. Don't sign with them

This company seems popular in Lisbon. We signed contract and paid for 1y and even didn't negotiate the price. However, we didn't know that we paid for the EXTRA noise too! Their problem is they DID NOT tell you there will be be a construction downtown with heavy noise from 8am- 5pm every day sometimes even on Weekends! As the pandemic is not over, we need to work remotely at home. But the construction noise is unbearable. As we contacted the agent according to him, we need to bear this noise for another week, and it seemed he had nothing to do with this 'unexpected' construction. I DO NOT believe that anyone can live with this heavy noise for 4 weeks without going crazy.

This company was horrible to work with! They would charge me hundreds for a walk through when they were not needed, nor did I know about them. Almost impossible to receive a return call or email and the portal that they used is no longer accessible. They also filed taxes on the property income, yet failed to send me a copy or even inform me of what they claimed.

I believe this is the worst property management company in Arizona, and possibly the US.  First, their customer service is terrible. They are frequently unreachable for tenant issues, drop the ball, and require multiple calls to get anything done, and don't respond to prospective tenants so I don't even know how they rent out their properties. Second, I believe they are dishonest and charge both the tenant and the landlord extra fees other companies don't charge.  They also cheat on the tenant's deposit. Anything for them to profit...they have an owner who will act like he wants to resolve issues but doesn't consider facts and proof and ends up keeping money. Their contracts are written like that so they get paid first so I recommend for multiple reasons to never even try calling them. Go to Renters Warehouse or any other company. All these Yelp reviews are here for a reason.
