Not the worst please to live but not the best. Management is over worked and always out. Only real form of contact is by email unless your behind rent by a day there's a notice on your door. Maintenance was fast but now there's no maintenance and the pool is gross. I can't stand the mass bird killing as well even if they are pigeons and consider pest by law. Not sure who's doing it the appointment or a resident. Still It's just wrong, I don't want to check the mail anymore. The place is beautiful and a great price. But needs help with a lot of stuff most of all the environment damage by the posioned birds.

I've tried multiple times to contact management for interest in these apartments and they have NEVER gotten back to me. Emails sent, voice messages left. I call and it goes straight to voicemail.

Its people friendly everyone looks out for each other, they come to the apartment when you need help with anything in your unit. Keep up updated on what's going on. They truly appreciate Us here and always willing to help you out with any needs or concerns you may have. The property manager is the BEST SHE GOES Beyond her job of duties. I have no issues living here. It's only getting better with her in the office.

Want a nice place to live? Move here. We have an awesome manager that cares about you and the property. Convenient to a lot of stores, school next door and quiet. Any issues are taken care of pretty quick. SR51 around the corner, close to I17. Apts are 2 bedroom and and good size living space. I plan on sticking around. Come take a look. I give the manager 10 stars.
