This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with! Cindy Stockwell is very unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with! I moved out 4/3 to be exact and as of 5/8 I don’t have my security deposit back, no itemized list of any claimed damages and she hasn’t even bothered to respond to me forcing legal action. STAY AWAY!!!!

My husband and I have leased for years with no incident, including timely rent payments, until encountering Cynthia Stockwell. She cares very little about her tenants and much more about her bottom line. She is unwilling to comprise when it comes to unforseen circumstances, like a major water leak. She failed to fix several issues during the duration of our lease and then failed to do a closing walk-through with us. She violated many of our rights as tenants, such as providing notice of walk-through, providing a liveable home, taking away rent payment options, not giving a 30 day notice, not answering maintenance requests according to the real estate law time line, forging documents, lying,in writing, and having overall poor customer service. I have never dealt with such a deplorable human being.
