The man (Dave) has NO integrity. Charges for things he didn't do and what he does is less than second rate. I would not recommend him to anyone and that goes for his wife's Paramount Property Management Company. They do not take care of your property they just collect money.

I wanted to do business with Dave.  The services he offers would have been great for us.  However, he made a racist joke while I was on the phone with him.  I was offended to say the least.  I'm not sure why he assumed the joke would be well-received, but it was not.  I need to do business with people who are tolerant and respectful of all possible tenants.  I cannot review his actual work, which may be A+, but I can say that I would be wary of sending him on a job.

A+ service.  Have used this company on several ocassions and have been pleased with the services provided.  They take pride in what they do and make sure to get the job done right the first time.  They provide  handyman services, painting and home improvements.  Also provides property maintenance services for rental, investment and bank owned properties.
