    If I could give this company a 0 I would. I've been trying to resolve issues inside my unit that HOA is responsible for. I have trails of emails with pictures and videos that have been submitted that they were to resolve early last year, and it's always excuse after excuse. No one is ever at their desk and can answer phone calls, they will email you back but there's never any resolution. They are very poor at communicating. They set up rules and regulations but allow tenants\owners to do as they please and then the renters\owners who ACTUALLY abide by the letters and emails they sent out have to suffer. Every issue regarding noise complaints or pets that shouldn't be on the property is disregarded, they're always doing something in the laundry room and the water is always off. They clearly have responsibilities to fulfill and obviously none of them can fulfill those and it shows 100+%. I don't find them to be honest, reliable or reasonable. This company really is a disaster.

    360 Community Management needs an overhaul! If you are trying to obtain any condominium documents from them - Good Luck! Dawn is non-responsive and she does not return phone calls or reply to emails. Its unfortunate that this company has this person in the position that she is in as I am told she is the only one that handles providing the documents.

    Ive been a customer of 360 for over 5 years now. Im a long time President of my community and have changed property managers to many times. Im extremely satisfied with 360 they address my concerns and act on issues immediately. Theyve helped me with violations issues, and because of their due diligence my community is in compliance which makes my life so much better. The price for their services is very reasonable. They dont overcharge and always give a detailed list of any additional charges.I highly recommend this property management company and l have no need for ever change again, which makes me very happy. Over my 17 years as President ive changed over 10 times. So if your looking for a community property management 360 property management is the one to choose.     While this company does tend to respond rather quickly compared to other Manangment companies I have worked with; this company provide poor facilities management that usually cost well above the going rate for services rendered. In communication I give them a 5 star rating in repairs and doing whats best for the community I give them a 2 star rating. This would be a great property manager for income restricted communities but better off with another for upscale communities.
