Worst insurance company ever. My husband got hit by someone who has them. They have been a nightmare to deal with. Never responding, impossible to reach because their hold system knocks you off the call if its been more than 20 minutes, and they never apologize for any of it! Seriously, go anywhere except here. They are horrible!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. Impossible to get a hold of ever. Took calling 15 news to get them to settle my case. Do not deal with this company.

These guys are liars and thieves. If you have a VERY nice car with thousands in extra goodies, you better find a different insurance company. This one will tell you that they'll get your $40 car fixed, but once it has been repaired, they will try to declare it "totaled" and try to give you only $5k.
They're trying to get my brother this way. I'm glad we're not with them. My husband would have leveled the building with them in it.
