I have had two great experiences with Cobra Rooter & Plumbing. Jerry has been able to get to me promptly both times, is knowledgeable about how to handle the needed repair and has excellent prices. Mike from Cobra Rooting and Plumbing came to install 2 new faucets in my kitchen. The first faucet for the secondary smaller sink was installed correctly. But he had a difficult time removing the main sink faucet. Unbeknownst to me, the sub deck of the counter was destroyed and his answer to installing the faucet was to use shims (see photo) to set it in place. I had no idea that this had happened. He also connected the water lines backwards, and when I pointed this out (the lever pulled forward for hot and back for cold) he said it was a manufacturer issue and he could not fix it. After he left, I simply unscrewed the labeled hot and cold lines and corrected the issue. But now, because of the broken sub deck and shims, I am left a faucet that wiggles. I would not recommend Cobra Rooting and Plumbing based on this experience. On a side note, Mike did not wear a mask or appear at all professional. Service: Faucet installation

My experience with Cobra Rooters, Jerry and Mike, has been excellent. Recently we had an emergency with our H2O heater and as usual they were here asap. The issue was fixed, as they always are, and we were on our way. The team has literally dealt with all emergencies in a similar manner with experience, competence, and excellent customer services for my entire family at all their Scottsdale locales for over 20 years. I cannot provide a higher recommendation. It is difficult to secure good technicians and specialists with great services. Once you have a great organization you hold on to it. We will continue to hold on to Cobra Rooter plumbing services for years to come.
