Doug was great to work with and his team was topnotch. They did a little bit of a custom install bringing the water pipes below the heater and the install looks fantastic! Doug is fantastic to work with and gave us honest information with all of our questions. Its kind of a big deal to take out your water heater and put your faith in this system, but it has worked perfectly. Ive had my tankless water heater for a year now and it has worked like a dream. When we called Doug last year we were desperate. We are a hair salon and our water heater stopped working and we had a full day of clients. Doug made it work and replaced our old broken unit that same day!!!! I have nothing but praise for him and his company.

My husband and I work in real estate and come across water heaters at the end of their life all of the time, our home was no different! I decided to get a quote on whim for a tankless water heater. Doug was very informative and walked me through the process on the phone of what to expect. He and his partner Greg showed up and got straight to work! Good thing they did! Our temperature control was shot and the heat steaming out of our condensation line apparently was a WARNING SIGN that our old tank was dangerously close to end of its life! Our first night with the tankless, nice steamy showers without the sudden burst of scalding water! They were both efficient and professional.
