During Holiday weekend. I called on 12/31, rep said can come out Thursday. On 1/2, dispatcher called and was able to come same day, even sent tech to monitor when arrival. Rickey (and the other tech) my tech was awesome, went above and beyond to help. Great service, great price for septic pumping. Service: Sump pump repair

Happy Client here!
Just had a garbage disposal leak fixed by Brent S from Reddi services!
I called them at 8:30pm and the dispatcher Lory helped me to put in an order, Luckily, their tech Brent was available for the immediate emergency visit. In half an hour he arrived and another 10 minutes later the problem was fixed.
After the order I got a text message with a link to the live map view of tech's location. Very nice when you are anxiously waiting for help!
Will continue working with Reddi Services!

Two thumbs up to Chris Shuck and Chris Groth. I had a water heater leak on a Monday and Chris Shuck came out very quickly, assessed the issue and made a recommendation for replacing the water heater with a tankless system. Tuesday both Chris's, were at the house first thing in the morning and quickly had the new tankless system installed. It was a very professional install, by two very professional employees. They work they did was clean, efficient, and the end result was superb. Very little disruption during the install. I made the right decision to go with Reddi Services and Chris and Chris did a great job. Service: Water heater installation
