We had Bluefrog come out when our shower was backing up and water was pooling. The tech was super kind and courteous, and even put on little booties before entering our home. He was patient and explained to me what was going on with the drain as well as gave me a few options. We decided to snake the line first, before sending the camera down. Snaking it was all we needed, and I appreciated him not trying to push services that were unnecessary. I'll definitely call again if we ever have another issue.

Clint was amazing! He came out to check on a backed up sewer line and ended up discovering we had tree roots, plus an offset sewer connection with the city line. Saying he went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only did he fix my problem quickly and at a fair cost, he also identified a separate issue that involved the city of Phoenix coming out to make additional repairs. BlueFrog helped me tackle a massive project with ease, so I recommend using them for any plumbing need.

Reached out to Bluefrog on Aug 18 2017, as I was going through a nightmare situation with the Veterans Plumbing and Drain LLC sent by my home warranty team. Alex was the plumber and he was right on time around 12 PM, time given to me for his arrival was 12 - 2 PM. He told me what he will be doing and after getting all the details he wanted, his diagnosis started. Within 20 mins Alex found the issue and told me it was with the valve and not with the thermocouple and burner assembly as the Veterans plumber said. He made couple of calls and around 2:20 pm came with the spare. Within the next 20 mins my gas water heater was up and running. I also enrolled myself in their Elite membership when he left as I can trust Alex and BlueFrog for my plumbing needs. Pros: - Upfront and Trustworthy - No hidden agenda - My things were safe. Unlike the other company plumber who stole my serial number plate from the heater - Quick and clean Cons: - Not anything that I could say
