Their tagline is "We'll make the yard, you make the memories." What actually happened was they made zero effort to try and help us make the yard, and the only memory I have is that of a complete lack of professionalism and concern for the customer on their part. First time using this company. We were told purchase would be ready yesterday, had our landscaper go to pick it up. Wasn't ready, so he told them he would come back the next day. He returned today. They continued to make him wait for the pickup, told him they had other things to do. He waited for over 30 min still with no assistance, my wife called to inquire and was answered with a curt "we've got the manager involved" and was then promptly hung up on. Eventually the manager (who I'm grateful for as it sounds like he may be the only one actually working there) just went with my landscaper and they loaded all the plants themselves with no help from the other workers. Tried to call the customer service line for Arizona listed on their website and was met with an automated voice message telling me "Sorry we missed you. Please leave your name, numbrer, etc." So in my first experience with this company, which is quite expensive that we purchased several items from: 1. Didn't have items ready when they said they would 2. Continued to not have items ready the next day despite being told by my landscaper he would be back that day to pick them up 3. Were rude to my wife when she called on the phone and hung up on her 4. Offered no help to my landscaper to acquire the purchased items to the point the manager and my landscaper had to load up all the items themselves 5. Use an automated customer service line that immediately sends you to voicemail rendering me completely unable to voice my concerns. We will not be using their services again. Highly disappointed in the lack of concern or care for the customer on multiple fronts, as well as the outright rudeness demonstrated to my wife over the phone. The way in which customers are assisted and spoken to is a reflection of a company's quality work and their pride in it in which Moon Valley Nurseries seemingly has none.

Today I had Scott from Moon Valley Nursery plant two beautiful trees next to my house. A healthy and bushy Limequat Tree and a Majestic Ash. He arrived on time and brought with him an excellent crew of 7 workers. They all worked as a team and completed the planting of the trees in about 1 hour. I have purchased trees from Moon Valley before and they always do an excellent job with service and installation. The vegetation around my house flurishes because of Moon Dust and Moon Juice ! Thanks to Scott and his crew !

Abraham helped us with our backyard design and tree selections. Excellent service and knowledge. Taught us a lot which allowed us to feel confident in our decisions and design. Highly recommend his services!
