This is a terrible place to work at. The DON Vanessa picks on certain females and makes up things to get you fired. She is ghetto and very rude. So hard to do your job when this woman is breathing down your neck and constantly is picking on you. She is infatuated with men and see no wrong thats why theyre rarely fired, even the ones who Sleeps, eat and is on their phone for the entire shift . She is intimidated by other women and will find any reason to get them fired if their not kissing her behind. This woman knows nothing about the patients here. She is rarely seen on the floor or even interacting with patients but tries to Delegate tasks to the aides on the floor. Only time she is seen actually doing her job is when an important person is in the building then she acts as if she is such a star worker. The building would be such a better place if she was not in it.

Couldnt have asked for more from all of the staff at Wellsprings. They took great care of my grandmother in every aspect of her 2 week stay. Everything from the food to the updates from case management were appreciated! Thank you wellsprings!

My mother in law recently treated at this facility and received excellent care. They assisted us with her transfer from the hospital on short notice, and gave us regular updates on her progress when we were unable to visit the facility due to our own health issues. She recently transferred back to her own residence, and was able to make excellent progress due to her treatment at Wellsprings. We highly recommend this facility.
