There is one pharmacist there that is amazing and I feel awful writing this review b/c it is absolutely NOT reflective of her. However, the rest of the staff have zero regard for customer service, will lie, and basically do nothing to help. They have messed up refilling prescriptions for me and my family several times. This most recent incident that prompted this review has resulted in me choosing to take my business elsewhere, both my pharmacy and grocery business. It is absolutely ridiculous that their story has change and they have demonstrably lied to me. They have taken zero ownership of errors on their end and have demonstrated a complete lack of willingness to be helpful or solve the problem, never-mind empathizing with me or my frustration. They have simply been dismissive and two people on the phones have been quite rude. I would travel across the valley in rush hour traffic if I only had a choice between this pharmacy and 1 other - simply awful customer service!

Customer service is great, they always do what they can to help. Never any issues with this pharmacy.

The staff has always been super nice, friendly and efficient. The cost has always kept me from going anywhere else as I have compared them with others on GoodRx as well as my health plan mail service. I wonder if some of the less than stellar comments has to do with the attitude you bring to them! Therefore, since most of the pharmacies are very close in price, it comes down to customer service and for me, they have excelled.

Rude asked for my sons prescription and was told it couldn't be found. The Guy said it might be at the other location and he refused to contact them to ask if they had it.
