I've been using the CVS at 10 E. Dunlap in Phoenix for about 5 yrs now faithfully every month as I get my prescriptions filled here. I've seen this store go through many changes during this time. There was actually a time when I had thought they may close this particular location. But during the past 6 months I've seen the store definitely turn around and I enjoy shopping at this location again. Management is amazing and while CVS is a large retail chain it feels good to go in and they greet you because they sincerely remember you which gives you that small local store feeling. So keep up the good work and good job to whoever brought this team in.

The most understaffed pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I went with CVS Simpledose to avoid the 35-45 minute hold times when calling this store, then Simpledose shuttered, so now I'm back to dealing with their staff being too busy to fill prescriptions (they usually wait until you arrive despite you giving them days to refill); transfer prescriptions back to CVS and/or answer any questions about prescriptions. I'm trying to find another pharmacy nearby so I can avoid this location altogether.

Great! Just had a great interaction today with Mark Lujan the store manager at CVS on Central and Dunlap. I was very tired from visiting at the hospital down the road and Mark was quick and helpful to answer my question while continuing to be attentive to another customer. Great multi-tasking and speed of service Mark! I will be in again!

Avoid this business, they need to be audited on the promptness of their prescriptions. They are still "working" on my prescription from 9 days ago. The first prescription We had to get it two hours later. The second it took two days to get it. People could die waiting for this place to fill up your prescription. Their customer support is terrible.

CVS at Central and Dunlap has been my store for very many years and I've never had a problem. All in all, I have been very satisfied with the service for many years.
