The man who came to do the estimate left my gate open. My dogs got out. Luckily 2 young boys caught 2 of my dogs and put them back in the yard. One dog was caught by a neighbor down the street before he was hit by a car. The company never once called to apologize. They told me I had termites in almost every room. When the next company came out they saw evidence of termites in one room only.

Communication is extremely difficult with this company. I called to request a service at one of my listings and cannot talk to an associate who can help with scheduling after the third call. In the first 2 calls, I received promise to call back, but that never happened after 3rd call. We finally got scheduled, however, never heard back from the company until a week after scheduled day. I actually had to call to ask about the status, What I heard from them was the service had to be rescheduled. But later on, they called the owner and charge them for the service. Very unprofessional and difficult to communicate. Service: Termite extermination
