In pain? Not sure where to go? The staff at Arizona Pain Relief can come up with a plan to help. I can't say enough about my experience. Three months ago I couldn't stand up straight and currently am in the least amount of pain in 15 years.

10/10- would HIGHLY recommend. Life changing experience. My chronic back pain is non existent and I can thank AZ Pain Relief for that. Everyone from the front office, to the providers to the physical therapists treated me like I was family. The professionalism, expertise and kindness in clinic is something to be said for. I would recommend anyone and everyone I know who is struggling with chronic pain to invest in themselves and pay these guys a visit. It will change your life like it changed mine! My only regret is that I waited so long to make my first appointment.

After trusting APR for over four years with my pain management and chiropractic needs, I am here to change my review from five stars to one star. Further, I will no longer be leveraging Arizona Pain Relief for any of my medical needs moving forward. Despite wonderful care received by multiple providers (honorable mentions to Dr.Healey, Dr. Jewett, & Amanda - this review has NOTHING to do with you), this locations new office manager Stephanie failed to execute on a commitment she made to me as a patient. For context, I found it odd that my PI Attorney called me asking for help in getting APR to fulfill a seemingly simple request - a patient account ledger confirming a zero balance owed for treatment received from injuries sustained in an auto accident. It is important to note that this treatment plan began in January of 2021 and ended in August of 2021. I paid the entire patient responsibility amount in full on the first date of treatment. Knowing that, it is beyond my scope of understanding as to why I had to call in addition to my attorneys paralegal but I digress. When I called, I conveyed this dilemma to Emily (who has always been very pleasant to work with) who then transferred me to Stephanie, their new office manager. Stephanie met my request with an attitude and zero ownership. She then called me back later than she committed to only to let me know that a member of their billing department would be contacting me directly as they handle PI cases. As of this date, I have not had any contact from anyone at APR outside of automated texts sent to me asking me to come in for treatment (entirely insensitive given the circumstances). Stephanie never followed up with me nor did any individual from their billing department which is entirely unacceptable. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. To APR's Leadership - your office manager turn over rate has been noticeable and unfortunately, Stephanie's lack of delivering on her commitment she made to me as a long time patient has resulted in losing me as a patient as well as anyone who asks me for a referrall. The delay in fulfilling this request has subsequently delayed my litigation and settlement payout (unnecessary financial hardship) and anyone considering your practice after personal injury should strongly consider this review and choose someone else.
