Horrible policies being enforced. The office policy requires you to arrive 30 minutes early if you are a new patient and there is no flexibility to that. The office was completely empty and they refused to serve me because I arrived right at my appointment time after dealing with all the traffic surrounding the area. Complete ridiculous and I will make sure they don't charge my insurance company for this.

If I could I would rate this place a zero I would. I’ve had a great experience with Abrazo, but this location is tarnishing their reputation. I was referred here by my primary doctor for a consultation I was told on the phone my appointment was at 2, came at 1:30pm to fill paperwork. Patients were being turned away left and right and some patients who came late would go ahead of me. By the time it’s 2:30pm I go upfront to inquire how long it’s going to be. I’m informed my appointment was at 2:15pm and it’s going to be a few minutes late. I tell the lady upfront that I was informed at 2 and this was never brought up when I filled my paperwork an hour ago. The lady than calls the doctor over the phone and tells me it’s going to be a few min. I go back to my seat and a few minutes go by, the lady at the counter yells across the room it’s going to be another 15min wait. At this point I got very upset who in their right mind yells this out in a full waiting room. At least call the patient to the window and let them know and apologize. Instead of apologizing and being rude her solution is to reschedule, I said no I’ve already wasted enough time I will wait till I see the doctor. The whole front counter was rude and disrespectful. Apologize to the patient and get better with your communication within your staff, stop gossiping with each other and talking about how a patient was smoking outside or about the weather, be professional. A simple apology goes a long way. Let your patient know if the doctor is running late or your behind with your load. Long story short I saw the doctor at 3pm. Unacceptable and disappointing behavior from people who work in medical field.
