If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Sadly it’s in my neighborhood and I keep giving them chances to mess up. This time was the worst and I won’t be back. A female technician who I think might own the place was doing my dip manicure. I get them all the time and know the procedure well. The old dip is supposed to be soaked off and usually wipes off neatly. She started removing it with an electric file. I asked three times not to because that usually damages my nails. She kept nodding while continuing to use the file. I know this woman speaks English, so it was not a language barrier. I finally got her to stop filing and explained that it should be soaked off. She complied but barely used any acetone. I knew that would be a problem. Sure enough, after waiting a long time, it would not wipe off. So then she took a cuticle clipper and started hacking each piece off with the sharp tip. Chunks of my nails were being gouged. Two cracked completely. I asked her to stop and explained that she needed to find a better way to remove the old dip. All while this was going on, she was talking loudly over my head to the technicians across the room in their native language. And making calls on her cell phone. It was so uncomfortable. She finally got most of the old dip off my nails, poured oil all over my hands and told me I could leave. Clearly we were both done with this manicure. I asked if I could at least have something to wipe the oil off and she reluctantly handed me a washcloth. Then she demanded $10 from me for the dip removal. I refused and gave her $5. My nails look like they’ve been through a war. I’’ll need to wait a few days before going for a real manicure.

There's a reason this place has 2 stars. All the ones I read say exactly what I wanted to say; Pedi felt extremely rushed and was not even a little enjoyable. She was so rushed and kept hurting me. Will not be returning.

I have gone there 3 times and each time, I ask for dipped nails and they insist they are using the dip powder on the brush-there is no dipping! Without fail, at least 3 nails will come off by the end of the first week. After this last time, I went back 4 days later so they could fix 2 nails and they charged me! I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
