A tired property. No lamp on, or anywhere near, the desk. The desk chair literally looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster. No luggage rack. Very convenient location for airport access.

rooms have locked doors to the next room and you can hear the neighbours talking and tv.
the hotel keeps the deposit of $50 for a month back on your cc

Cons: Glad my husband is handy because he Fixed toilet handle ; Fixed lamp switch;
Entry light wouldnt turn off, we had to turn the bulb the first two nights; told front desk and was fixed that day; Wallpaper peeling in places; Furniture had nicks and scraps
Room was dusty; Outlet/ USB port docking station between beds was sticky dusty dirty; Floor of Tub was discolored; Lighting in the bathroom was dim and ing the room itself do to only having two lamps; Bathroom fan loud with a clicking sound and didnt seem to work; A constant sewer like smell in the bathroom; No microwave in room, common microwave by ice machine; Gas operated fire pit by pool didnt work; No breakfast included and vouchers were not offered.
Pros: Room was tended to each day
Sheets / bedding clean; Coffee machine/ mini fridge in room; Pool water and hot tub water was clean (water tended to each day); Customer Service was attentive and pleasant; Parking garage seemed safe and clean; Free shuttle to and from airport; Location is good for day trips; less than a half hour to many attractions and activities; Very close to airport, you can hear plane traffic but didnt disturb sleep.
Overall the hotel needs a complete remodel and update. The staff is doing the best they can with what they have. Everyone was pleasant and attentive to our needs.
