Room was very clean, mini fridge, nice size TV. Pool area is clean, gated & there is a hot tub!!

Pretty great! AMAZING service from the staff. GREAT on-site facilities, especially the grab and go market / restaurant. Our room was huge, very clean and had a wonderful view of the city. There were two hiccups. The first day/night the sink drained onto the floor. That was addressed immediately as soon as we brought it to the hotel's attention. The second issue impacted our stay but in NO WAY IS THE FAULT OF THE HYATT. There is some type of protest occurring on a street adjacent to the hotel. It's very loud and woke us every morning at 6am. Hopefully, that will all be resolved within a short time.

We stayed here so we could be close to Footprint Center for a concert we were attending. Great location. Loved the hotel only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the restroom wasn't cleaned and had a weird smell. There was hairs on the toilet and the tub:/ also there was a leak in the bathtub fauce:/
Nearby activities: Had so much fun walking around.
Everything was so close to us.
