Tom is the greatest. He works at the shop on the first floor and got us exactly what we needed. He’s a great guy and loves to help others. The hotel room is old and perfect! I love this place. We had a lot of fun and will be back anytime we need a downtown Phoenix staycation again. Thanks to all of the nice people that work there for their smiles and genuine desire to help. The cocktails in the amazing lobby bar were so good!! I’d say one of the best I’ve ever had. The chairs were perfect for lounging, service was great and it was the perfect spot to spend after the weekend and reminiscing on the sad Suns loss

Lovely Hotel conveniently located in downtown Phoenix. The hotel is beautifully decorated with exciting and eye grabbing art installations throughout the lobby. The hospitality expressed throughout is that for a family visit or work geared travel. Upon entering the lobby and before the check, you find a casually appealing open work station. The dining room / bar is upscale western themed. All employees are outstanding! I felt completely accommodated during our stay. The large rooftop terrace has a small pool, tables and chairs for a relaxing sit. In the lower level of the hotel, a map highlighting “26 Blocks” which is an art installation featuring essays & photographs. Take a walk to look at these highlighted features that also include brightly painted murals.

We stayed here for Game 5 for NBA Finals. Even though they were short staffed, the current staff really worked hard to make all the customers happy. Check in was easy, nice large clean rooms, great location, and friendly, hardworking staff. Huge thank you to your whole staff from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping for all your hardwork in making this an incredible stay!

Nice clean hotel I stayed at for a wedding in town! Beds were soft and clean. Toilet and shower door could be better, slides but still has gap so people can see you initially when walking in, only an issue if you aren’t with family or close friends seeing you take a dump. Has a nice lobby with a Starbucks for early morning pick me ups. No WiFi included though…

Absolutely stunning hotel. I could sit in the restaurant/bar for hours. I love how the Windows open and you can people watch. I would recommend the passion fruit margarita, on the rocks. The menu is ok. Happy hour is 5-6 everyday.
