Was fired on my second day for “being too slow”. Francisco the manager lied to HR to get me out of there and told them I was being too slow when I was still being trained and it was my second day. I hope you guys are happy, you just lost a hard worker and someone who genuinely wanted to be part of the company long term.

Worked here as an inspector got poor training and management was a joke didn't know what they were doing always being rushed craftsmanship on Vans were a joke made very poorly if you care about your loved one don't buy from here wouldn't recommend anyone to work here

We bought one of these vans used and the poor workmanship of the conversion was incredible. Umderneath was chopped up and rusting. Wheelchair ramp was flopping back and forth. Looked like someone did the conversion in their backyard. Everything down to the carpeting. This van only had 40k miles but had so many problems related to the conversion it wasnt worth it any longer. Even the fuel tank had issues. I would never buy one of these fly by night conversion vans again from VMI.
