We can't begin to say enough about how great our experience has been. We purchased a van out of Tucson that had the worst hydraulic lift installation, which endangered my husband's safety and possibly his life. We called and talked to Lenny and staff and they jumped in immediately to safeguard my husband's safety. The lift was taken out and installed properly by the awesome crew. The owner, Lenny, really understands customer service and made an incredible impression on us. Everyone in his organization couldn't do enough to help us. I haven't seen service like this in years! Will never go back!! Just picked up my van from there. They had it for 2 weeks trying to find an issue with the battery or anything else, which they never found anything. The van was "finished" on a Friday but I had to call on a Monday just so they can tell me it's done. When we're they going to call and tell me? Who knows. So I pick up my van and half way home it shuts off in the middle of traffic. I'll never go there again. If you're looking for good service and acceptable work to be done you have to go somewhere else.

Ability Center got me in SUPER fast (same day) and my tech, Freddy, diagnosed and fixed my problem more quickly than I ever would have expected. I was so pleased that I set an appointment to look at some other issues with my Bruno/Access-A-Top setup that I've been putting off. I'd totally recommend!

We had a great experience with the Ability Center of Phoenix! The van we rented was in great shape and easy to use. Connie and Eric were really friendly and went out of their way to help us.
