I have been fortunate to deal with multiple agents in different states. My experience was much different this time than what am used to. Alex started with a clear understanding of our requirements by showing multiple properties just to understand our likes and dislikes. It quite appears that he well researched every property shown to us explaining intricate detail the pros and cons. I seldom hear cons of a specific property from realtors. Once we found the right property, he helped ensure a smooth well-balanced transaction throughout dealing with seller's realtor and loan officer. Indubitably in this era of a million realtors floating around, finding the right guy for your job would be a rarity. Above was my true experience rather than a laudatory review.

I loved doing business with Alex. He was very proactive and thorough with the market value and trend. Before putting offer, he does thorough analysis and then suggest the offer amount. We have seen many houses together and he explained pro's and con's of all the houses. Finally he helped me buying my beautiful house. Thanks a lot ALEX. He is not the person who leaves you once sell is done. He is still helping me whenever i need help. He also has lots of contacts with the good contractor which will help in any kind of home improvement/upgrades.
