She isn't at this location but maybe you should know what kind of providers they employ: I was so excited to find a provider with compassion and that cared about me. Both my husband and I had been seeing Tracy Kouns for a while when I learned she really doesn't care about anyone but herself. I RESCHEDULED my first appointment in almost two years for an emergency and she refused to work with me to find a way to resolve the situation for my medication. I have noticed that if I even miss one day I get sick. She doesn't care. Her new nurse Angi is unprofessional, unorganized, and just rude. She said that Tracy could not call me or email back. She couldn't even find 15 mins to telemed chat with me, she thought she was doing me a favor to have to wait 27 days without medication. I emailed her begging her to try to help. We called multiple times. They just don't care. Now imagine you bring your child to her? I mean this is two years of treating me and my husband and us giving them THOUSANDS of dollars. Imagine how she is going to treat your child. Imagine your child being alone with her?I really felt like the mental health of me and my family was in good hands. I can't believe I was proven wrong so painfully By the way, if they are being horrible about your medications, request your medical records and see your primary care doctor. No one should have to suffer for their stupidity.

James Milacek will allow you to spend hundreds of dollars on co-pays and improperly diagnose you. I've received more letters from my insurance about issues with my claims then I ever would've expected to happen. After improperly diagnosing you, James will throw pills at you while claiming to not be a pill pusher. He had me sign paperwork on a clipboard that had the same brand name of the pill he prescribed me, how coincidental! After those meds don't work for you, James will admit that he is not specialized in what you're seeing him for and suggest you see someone else. Real nice guy to let you spend hundreds of dollars before admitting he can't help you. Now i'm getting an invoice from Redemption for over $500 while my insurance tells me they reached out to the provider 3 months ago for clarification on the claim. James Milacek is either a con artist or just a quack. Either way, don't go to this guy.

I was over-billed for my single 30 minute session. They said it would be fully covered by my insurance with Nothing extra. They charge $350 for the half hour session. That's right .... they charge $700 per hour. DON'T Go to Redemption Psychiatry. No one charges this much ever and especially not for a single office visit that entailed nothing more than a consultation.
