Accepted my referral and took them a month to let me know they weren't accepting new patients AFTER they were attempting to schedule a visit through my primary. THANKS SO MUCH

Incredibly unprofessional medical organization. I called in late February to schedule an appointment with the doctor, who at the time was accepting new patients. I was told that I had to have scans, blood work, etc. faxed over and then the doctor would review within 7-10 business days (she only works three days away is what I was told on the phone). From there, I could expect a call back to schedule the appointment. I was told that I was guaranteed to receive a call back. It's been over a month and when I called today to check-in on the delay I was told the doctor is no longer taking new patients. I asked when this occurred, they stated "two weeks ago the doctor decided she no longer wanted to pursue new patients." The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very robotic and couldn't provide any guidance on why I was told a month ago that I would get an appointment. This was the same woman I spoke to initially, who guaranteed a call back. If I could leave zero stars I would. Likely dodging a bullet given the lack of organization, professionalism and general care.
